Our Story

We are a virtual and on-demand care platform enabling nurse practitioners and registered nurses to lead consumer focused care outside of the hospital and clinic setting utilizing team-based virtual clinic technology for private practices and a flex marketplace model to provision continuous longitudinal care for large populations under contract.

Our platform supports a new innovative blockchain based digital community model made up of licensed professionals enabled with advanced communication technology to engage securely and privately with patients and each other providing remote advice, education, advocacy, referrals, monitoring, diagnosis, and treatment.

Our members connect with consumers and patients seeking navigation, referral, live consultations, disease management, remote monitoring, triage, and diagnosis utilzing advanced distributed technologies. We plan to work with independents and payors and systems around the globe seeking collaborative virtual clinics, patient navigation, telehealth, telemedicine, and home health model solutions.
